Paying for Plus
- M-Pesa: on our payment partner Paystack's secure page, enter your number and approve the prompt on your phone.
- Card: pay on Paystack's secure page. We never see your card number.
- Each payment covers a month or a year. We email you 7 days and 3 days before it runs out, and on the day.
- Late? You keep Plus for 3 more days, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted.
- Paying during your trial adds the trial days you have left.
Questions about plans
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every business starts on the Free plan, and you can try Plus free for 14 days whenever you're ready: tap "Try Plus free" in the app. You don't need a card or M-Pesa. Each business gets one trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't pay, your business moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: you keep 5 active units, all your records, and this month's and last month's main figures. Upgrade any time to get everything back.
How do I pay?
By card or M-Pesa, on Paystack's secure payment page: US$10 a month, or US$100 a year, which is 2 months free. Each payment covers a month or a year. We email you before it runs out, and you keep Plus for 3 more days if you're late.
Can my caretaker use it?
On Plus, up to 5 people can share a business. Give caretakers and cleaners the staff role: they can log stays and expenses but can't see your money, owner payouts or guests' ID numbers.
